Our main service is digital photo restoration, so we primarily deliver your restored memories to you electronically.
Digital Delivery
All restored photo orders are delivered digitally. Once your restoration is complete and payment is confirmed, your final images will be sent directly to the email address you provided during your order.
Physical Prints & Merchandise
If you order physical prints, a USB drive, or other merchandise, we will ship those items to you.
- Shipping & Timelines: Orders for physical products are typically shipped within 3-5 business days of order confirmation and payment.
- Courier Services: We use registered domestic courier services and/or speed post for all physical deliveries.
- Liability: Smashora is not liable for any delays caused by the courier or postal authorities. We guarantee that your consignment will be handed over to the courier within the promised timeframe.
All orders for physical products will be delivered to the address you provide.
