At Smashora, we believe in helping our customers as much as possible, which is why we have a customer-focused cancellation and refund policy. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our photo restoration services.
Our Policy
- Cancellation: Due to the custom nature of our work, cancellations can only be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order and before we have initiated the restoration process. Once work on your photo has begun, the order cannot be canceled.
- Revisions and Refunds: We are committed to delivering results you’ll love. If you are not satisfied with the restored image, you can request revisions to the work. We will make reasonable adjustments based on your feedback. A full refund will be processed only if we are unable to meet your expectations after making a good-faith attempt at revisions.
- Defective or Damaged Product: As our service is digital, there are no “defective” or “damaged” products. However, if you experience any technical issues with the delivered file (e.g., it cannot be opened), please report it to our Customer Service team within 1-2 days of receipt. We will resolve the issue promptly.
Refund Processing
For any refunds approved by Smashora, the payment will be processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment you used to place the order.
